Scoop Tail Noserider

The Scoop Tail Noserider is my own take on the Californian style noseriders - a true sidewalk surfer. It has a little extra tail flip in the tail, a generous amount of nose concave and more width up front for wide stanced nose rides. If you can’t noseride this thing, maybe think about croquet?

The blended concave leads into a slightly rolled bottom throughout the rest of the board. The rolled bottom is exaggerated at the tail around and around the scoop to help with the flip and encourage slow paced turns and stalls. The tail also increases stability in the pocket and slows the board down, which helps to keep you on the nose for longer. The scooped-out tail gives throwbacks to old Rick noseriders and what Dennis Anderson, an underground legend Aussie/Kiwi shaper, was doing on the east coast in the late 90’s and early 2000’s. It also helps to add more stability and hold on the nose and gives a unique look that sets it apart from other boards.
